Dr. Evans graduated  from Brigham Young University in 1982 receiving his bachlor's degree,  and in 1986 graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Medical Dental Center.  He has since completed thousands of hours of continuing education and has attended numerous privately sponsored advanced training programs, which keep him highly skilled in the latest dental techniques and technology. 

 Dr. Evans is actively involved in community affairs.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, Washington County Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. He has hosted guest lecturers for the ADA, AGD and numerous other local dental societies.  He volunteers in the Senior Citizens Program as well as the Clackamas County Children’s Dental Clinic.  During National Children’s Dental Health month, he educates children at the local primary schools in our community and enjoys working with the Boy Scouts of America.

Dr Rick has been married for 28 years to his wife Kari and is the father of four children, Travis, Lindsey, Ashley, and Taylor.  His grandson Calvin has been a wonderful addition to his family.  He enjoys the outdoors by rafting, fishing, backpacking, and skiing.
